Silverlake Ramen - Review - Silver Lake - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Sure, the lines at this massively popular ramen spot border on ridiculous, but stay strong - the ramen inside is some of the best in the city. Your order here should be The Blaze with pork, a spicy tonkotsu with deeply flavored broth that’s creamy, spicy, and exactly what you want after an extremely long day (and maybe a long night, too). Food Rundown Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen Deeply flavored broth with enough spice to warm the stomach. Go with the pork belly, with chunks damn near the size of a standard pork chop, and settle in for that perfect home-sick-from-school-watching-Maury meal. Fried Gyoza These pork dumplings have the crunch, the flavor, and the sauce to make them a must-order. Pork Bun The flavors are great, but not recommended for take out. If you manage to snag a table though, this is a great little snack before your meal." - Michael Burke
