You can get any of their breakfast and lunch sandwiches on your choice of bread (challah, sourdough, etc.), but it’s hard not to order the ham and scallion on a cheddar biscuit every time. The Ranchero on a plain biscuit is also an excellent choice. As long as there’s a biscuit in your bag when you leave this neighborhood coffee shop and bakery, you did the right thing.
