"“My team was like, ‘Have you had enough of that place?’ Because every time I have an in-person interview, I go to Debutea. I just love bubble tea and it's pretty close to home. I don't mind going to the same place twice. That place is great. It's lovely. It's really casual. They have a tea accessories wall that I just think is visually very beautiful to look at. I'm pretty standard: I'll do—which they don't have at every bubble tea place—an osmanthus oolong. I'm just a floral kind of girlie. I love to eat flowers and plants and shit. I love that because it's a departure from my other normal order, which is a rose black tea with almond milk. I always get boba and I really like those like rectangular coconut jellies. [A lot of places] have rectangular lychee jelly, but they don't have them at Debutea, which is depressing. So instead I get the grass jelly, which is a good close second.”" - brennan carley

"Lots of boba shops sell snacks, but Debutea, a full-service cafe with locations in Downtown Brooklyn and Greenwich Village, also has a food menu with things like egg salad sandos, unagi don, and poke—making it a great spot for a casual lunch or a low-key date. The drinks menu covers all the bases with a selection of hot teas by the pot, tons of fruit tea options (try the Pinkglow Pineapple), a selection of cheese foam teas, and four classic boba milk teas." - molly fitzpatrick, carina finn koeppicus

Today, we visited this café because my daughter had been here before and loved the food. We ordered burritos and drinks, and everything was delicious! However, the place was very busy, and finding a free table was difficult. Most tables were taken by people with laptops working or studying. Overall, a great spot, but expect a crowd!

Pretty decent boba spot. They have decent coffee too. The pastries were actually very good and I would recommend trying some if you go. There’s a lot of boba spots and this one is similar to other ones. Would give them a try!

The coffee here is disappointing, but the teas and bubble tea are fantastic. The poke bowls are delicious and highly recommended. It’s a great spot for remote workers, with comfortable seating, free drinking water, and clean restrooms. However, it is a bit on the pricey side.

Such a lovely tea shop/cafe. I come here at least once a week. The drinks are fantastic and high quality. The space is bright, clean and beautiful.

This boba / coffee shop is huge. Very nice atmosphere, lots of sunlight depending when you come. There is one bathroom. Came on a Saturday at 11am and saw some laptoppers. There was also an ikebana floral arranging class happening as well. I ordered a large oolong tea and added grass jelly, half sugar. Pretty good.

Spacious and sleek spot for fun tea-based drinks. Honestly, it has everything you need: lots of seating, reliable wifi and a restroom. Definitely a recommend if you need a spot to sit down for a while.

- After my review, they increased the price by 54 cents.. 😬 so one drink (about 14-16oz) costs $10.34 now.. - RIDICULOUS The new blueberry yogurt bubble tea is delicious! It’s expensive, but the flavor is great. Please keep it on the regular menu! Also, please consider adding yogurt to the milky strawberry menu too
