"Bancone is all about really good pasta in a really great setting. And for somewhere with this much marble, and this much saffron butter on the menu, it’s pretty affordable too. Go for the silk handkerchiefs (sheets of velvety pasta covered in hazelnut butter and confit egg yolk), or the slow-cooked 10-hour oxtail ragu pappardelle.
