"South Philly’s Taqueria La Prima is a small taco shop with only a handful of seats. And since it’s one of the more popular places in Little Saigon, the only thing you’ll hear in line—outside of a stranger’s weekend plans—is the sound of the grill preparing 3,000 orders. The scent of sizzling onions and peppers may sway you, but the best tacos to get here are the al pastor, carne asada, or pollo.
