Or, you can carve out a reasonable, short hike at Diamond Notch and reward yourself with a beer right after. West Kill is stretched out on 128 acres with some of the most impressive sightlines in upstate New York—somehow, you’re immersed in the woods but also able to see for miles, as the brewery is perched on a hill looking out over the mountains. It’s dog-friendly, and the perfect spot to relive your recent hike or bike ride (just, you know, not necessarily from that day).
