"Verve's Melrose location is prime real estate for celebrity sightings, but that's not what coaxes people into spending $20 on a latte and pre-packaged chia pudding. It's a popular venue for Weho power meetings, especially if you're an entertainment exec or real estate broker/aspiring reality TV star who wants to look busy on the spacious patio. The coffee, here, however, remains some of the city's best. Their nitro “flash brew” on tap always has a thick foam cap like a beautiful pint of stout, and whether it's a cappuccino, cafe au lait, or gibraltar, the drinks here are consistently well-made." - Sylvio Martins
