"Tam Tam's wings are messy, crunchy, covered in fish sauce caramel, and are our absolute favorite wings in Miami. Each wing is so crispy it’s hard to tell if you’re holding a flat or a drum. They'd be delicious naked, but the sticky fish sauce caramel adds a delightful punch of flavor—and acts as an adhesive for the little bits of fried garlic. You will need to take a sink bath after you eat these. Luckily the bathroom is also a mini karaoke club. Book at least two weeks out if you’re looking for a reasonable Saturday night table. But if you stink at planning, expect to sit outside. The sidewalk tables are for walk-ins, and you can call (they usually answer) before you head over to see how long the wait is.
