"Uchi has proven to be such a reliable special occasion meal all over the country, with beloved locations in Austin, LA, and Miami. So we’re optimistic about their newest arrival in Florida: Uchiko. The menu will overlap a lot with Uchi and include some new yakitori dishes. It’s supposed to open in Sunset Harbour in early 2025 and will be the first east coast location of Uchiko (there are two locations already in Austin and Houston). If this one shares the same menu, the fish sauce caramel brussels sprouts will be a must-order here too." - anne cruz
