"Our Favorite Dishes: Shrimp Shui Mai, Egg Tart NBC Seafood is the best dim sum spot out of the three that share names with television networks (the other two being ABC and CBS - and no, we don’t know why it’s a thing). The enormous dining room fills up quickly on weekends, so be prepared to wait an hour or two for your shui mai. This is traditional dim sum, with carts of food rolling around for you to choose from.
