"This lively French brasserie has been around for a decade, and it’s always a useful place to pop in for lunch after wandering around the boutiques and galleries in the neighborhood. If you can, snag one of the outdoor tables on the balcony overlooking the tree-lined street, and plot your next move over a few glasses of wine, a dozen oysters, and some shrimp cocktail.
