"Jeon Ju has a large menu full of excellent soups and bibimbap, but the star of the show will always be the galbi dolsot bibimbap. This massive dish comes filled with galbi (short ribs), eight different vegetables, and a fried egg on top. If you want to kick the heat up a bit, be sure to get some gochujang on the side. Considering it also comes with soup and five different plates of banchan, its $18 price point is one of the best deals in the neighborhood.
