"Desserts come from an alum of the Michelin-starred restaurant Per Se, and our haul included this smiling slice of black tea cheesecake ($15) served on a blue cafeteria tray. The colorful “moss” and edible mushrooms on top turned heads, and even one iPhone camera, as I carried this back to my table, but the less picturesque gray cake interior, which tasted faintly of tea, was best of all." - Eater Staff
