"Pastry chef Rebecca Masson is baking up pies for the season, including her bourbon, chocolate, and pecan pie that’s filled with Texas pecans chocolate chips, and a Maker’s Mark bourbon filling, plus Mountain Rose Apple Pie, and pumpkin cream pies. Switch it up with the Couch Potato Pie, a sweet and salty concoction made with a potato chip and pretzel crust and layered with a cornflake caramelized white ganache, pretzel milk chocolate crémeux, toasted meringue, and chocolate-covered shoestring potatoes.
