"In good news for the shopping center, SeaBream, chef Jill Martinez-Montinola’s new seafood restaurant plans to open inside the long-vacant home of Japanese restaurant Kabuki on the western side of the upscale retail center. The restaurant plans to feature Asian-inspired dishes such as roasted bone marrow, grilled oysters with soy calamansi and cilantro butter, Thai-style crispy steel trout, and sesame garlic soba noodles paired with sweet miso prawns. Chef Montinola previously worked as the executive pastry chef at Seaspice Brasserie & Lounge in Miami. The 5,784-square-foot space features a 16-seat lounge, 11-seat sushi bar, rectangular main dining room, plus an indoor/outdoor patio with room for 40 diners, including a section for people watchers right by Tivoli’s pedestrian walkway." - Susan Stapleton
