"Seaspice in Miami now offers a Mediterranean Tapas Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 3:30 p.m. The menu features dishes such as Maine lobster Benedict with creamy leeks and chervil hollandaise, gambas “Al Ajillo” with jumbo Oishii shrimp and creamy polenta, and truffle Parmesan tagliatelle with Parmigiano Reggiano. Other highlights include smoked salmon Benedict, porcini mushroom and shiitake filo crisps, lamb vol-au-vent, and short rib Benedict with crispy malanga doughnuts.
