Less than a year later, owner Elyssa Heller expanded with a sibling spot, Edith’s Eatery and Grocery, a more expanded, sit-down establishment (that, in my opinion, is better than her original). In early May, the restaurant launched a dinner program for those who want to sit at a table drinking zhug-doused margaritas and onion rolls ($8) — basically, adult savory cinnamon rolls that come with super spreadable ramp compound butter — in a room filled with shelves with dried pastas and pickled goods.
