"Eater’s 2019 Chef of the Year Gina Marinelli is expanding two miles north from locals-favorite La Strega to launch Harlo Steakhouse & Bar, a sophisticated venue 'rooted in Las Vegas history' in Downtown Summerlin, according to the restaurant’s Instagram page. Although the restaurant technically opened its doors on October 25, the official opening date is set for November. Expect a robust cocktail menu, caviar cart, and aged beef.
