"As an ice cream parlor and a cave à vin all under one roof, Folderol raised eyebrows initially. But the business swiftly drew a community of regulars to the space, the follow-up project to next door’s Le Rigmarole from chefs Robert Compagnon and Jessica Yang-Compagnon.
