@eater

"Louis Skibar bought the old Kellogg’s diner, around since 1928, following his revamp of Old John’s Luncheonette on the Upper West Side. Then he hired Texas native Jackie Carnesi to oversee the menu, which includes Tex-Mex dishes, classic diner fare, and pastries like strawberry pretzel salad and coconut cream pie. Now it’s a revamped location that has stayed true to its history, maintaining retro vibes, and 24-hour service." - Melissa McCart, Robert Sietsema
