"After a long absence from the New York dining scene following allegations of sexual harassment involving her former partner at the Spotted Pig, April Bloomfield is returning with a nautical-looking collaboration with Gabriel Stulman. The 1,000-square-foot Sailor will eventually offer lunch and dinner, seating about 35 inside (including the bar) and potentially a similar number outside; reservations open on September 20.
