"Run by chef Rio La Gorda, this Saturday morning pop-up focuses on breakfast burritos brimming with eggs, Oaxacan cheese, beans, chorizo, and even fried chicken and tater tots. Laid off from her job as a chef due to the pandemic, La Gorda launched Gorditas ATL in hopes of one day transforming the pop-up into a bonafide food truck business. Menus are posted each week to Instagram. People place their orders online and pay via Venmo for pick-up on Saturday mornings at the Candler Park parking lot near the pool.
