"Scott Conant's glossy Miami outpost of his well-known New York City Italian restaurant is just as fresh as it was when it opened in 2008. The big draw at brunch is probably the buffet, which consists of a raw bar brimming with oysters and stone crabs, a made-to-order frittata station, Italian meats and cheeses, just to get started. A la carte entrées include lobster Benedict, chicken parm, and filet mignon, plus tableside Scarpetta classics like tomato-basil spaghetti and foie gras ravioli.
