"For a night or a week, the SoBro Guest House offers an admirable combination of convenient access to downtown and the honky tonks of Lower Broad with the relative peace and quiet of a private all-suite guest house. The owners have taken over three floors and two wings of a converted apartment building, outfitting 24 one-bedrooms that are meant to sleep up to four. A virtual front deck and check-in process allows for convenient room access using a mobile device. Each room has a full kitchen—and shoppers can stock the fridge before guests arrive—and a Crosley turntable with a small curated collection of vinyl albums for hi-fi entertainment. Suites are divided into sleeping, bathing, and living areas with fold-out couches, while still maintaining a bit of privacy. Dedicated surface parking is another perk rarely found in downtown Nashville hotels."
