"Owners Alex Cohen and Raegan Steinberg, a married couple, earned their stripes at Joe Beef, one of Montreal’s most celebrated restaurants, before opening Arthurs in Saint-Henri, a tribute to Steinberg’s late father and a celebration of their Jewish heritage. Cohen's Sephardic roots can be seen in dishes like “The Shak,” a take on shakshuka; Steinberg's Eastern European descent plays out in the challah and the latkes.
