"Located in an unassuming building in the less-visited Islands Brygge waterfront neighborhood, Alouette is completely off the tourist track. The Copenhagen newbie is hidden behind a carved wooden door and set in a bright, sun-filled space. The menu, which relies heavily on small producers and farmers, evolves every one to two weeks depending on when products are in their prime.
