"When it opened in 2018, the InterContinental DTLA wowed locals and travelers alike with its sheer height (it occupies the tallest building west of Chicago in the continental United States) and luxe amenities—including a state-of-the-art gym with impressive wraparound views of the city. And while you can’t currently use its top-tier facilities, you can take fitness classes led by a few of the hotel’s masterful personal trainers, who have put together a virtual workout series called "Stuck at Home" to keep you fit in the meantime. Most of the workouts, which are available to stream on the hotel’s website and on YouTube, take around 30 minutes to complete, involve little to no equipment, and are designed to target specific parts of your body, like your core, lower body, and arms. (Don’t be fooled by the at-home, makeshift nature of these workouts—they will kick your butt). If you're after something a little more low-key, there's also a mellow stretch class designed to melt away stress and anxiety."
