"Pizza Rock is hard to miss when you’re stumbling, er, strolling around downtown because the sign is lit-up to look like flames are coming out of the building. Inside the brick-walled pizza shop, there are high-top tables and a few regular tables as well, but nothing too luxurious. A long bar is serving clever cocktails, wine and beer, while in the back a Peterbilt semi-truck cab, also decorated with flames, serves as the DJ booth. While the restaurant has a rock n’ roll attitude, the pizzas are serious business with four different ovens on site to serve Neapolitan, classic Italian, American, Sicilian, Roman and even gluten-free pizzas." - Andrea Bennett, Juliana Shallcross
