"Located in Brooklyn and run by Billy Durney (of Hometown Bar-B-Que), this cozy, casual spot turns a usually disappointing wedge salad into something exceptional: five gorgeous, seemingly hand-selected cups of crunchy lettuce drizzled — not glopped — with a bright buttermilk dressing flecked with herbs and topped with big, buttery breadcrumbs. The pièce de résistance is a single long, thick strip of bacon splayed over the top, letting you eat the wedge like a hand salad, casually snack on the bacon, or achieve the perfect ratio of crumb, lettuce, dressing, and bacon in every bite.
