"A luxurious, three-tier bagel stack in Montreal that the reviewer calls the bagel of their dreams: the bottom layer is perfectly toasted sesame Montreal-style bagels—chewy and slightly sweet; the middle layer features thick, juicy tomato slices (when in season) or rye bread plus a tennis-ball-size dollop of tangy cream cheese; and the top is crowned with house-cured gravlax (smoked salmon is an option but gravlax is recommended for its salty, fatty richness) finished with paper-thin white onion, lemon wedges, salty capers, and grassy dill.
