"Sling Pisco Sours Like the Locals Chilean Pisco Sours are a little different than their Peruvian neighbor. They are downed with the same "gusto" but the ingredients, and flavor, lead to a very different tasting drink. The pisco (grape brandy) is made from different grapes along with incorporating freshly squeezed lemon juice (not limes). Many family homes have a lemon tree nearly buckling under its own weight from all the lemons during part of the year. What to do? Make Pisco Sours. Hosting a Sunday barbeque (or invited to one?) Bring Pisco Sours. Getting together for happy hours with friends. Order a Pisco Sour (2 x 1 even better!). Best Pisco Sours in town? Try Liguria or Catedral. You get the idea."
