"A Thermal Spa with Stellar Views Over the past few years, Zurich’s Hürlimann area—the site of what once was Switzerland’s largest brewery—has transformed into the home of Google Zurich , a complex of shops, and this stunning spa built into the former brewery’s hundred-year-old stone vaults. Its crowning touch: a heated rooftop pool with stellar views overlooking the city. For an extra dose of pampering, book a room at the adjoining B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa."

I checked the reviews before I go which make me a bit nervous to go regarding the cleaness and number of visitors. However, once I got there it such an amazing experience than what I expected. I would say this place has is one of the best Thermal spa I ever been to so far ( I’ve visited 1 in Switzerland, 1 in France, 1 in Italy before). What make this place different from other thermal spas that I have been is the size of the indoor pools are really big. The view at the roof top pool also stunning. I visited the spa at 11am without reservations. There are not many guests around. Some pool I can enjoy it by myself which make me feel really relaxed and give me lots of privacy. During the morning it wasn’t crowded at all. I could swim in most of the pool including the roof top pool. Only one thing that l DON’T LIKE about this place is they don’t provide shower gel or shampoo at the shower area. The spa must consider that most of their customers are tourists or people who pass by Zurich for business trip and I guess most of us don’t travel with body wash or shampoo. I feel a bit weird to leave the spa with public pool smell on my body and hair instead of nice aromatic smell.

I visit Hürlimann Spa often because it’s one of the best places to relax in the city. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning—floating there with the view is pure bliss. However, the steam bath is hit or miss, it gets overcrowded, and some guests seem to forget they’re in a public space and not in some private fantasy. It’s also a bit disappointing that there’s no complimentary water included in the basic package. Still, despite the occasional weirdness, it’s a place I keep coming back to.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time here. Everything was great. We especially loved the rooftop pool and being able to get a view of Zurich while relaxing. We would recommend the upgraded version if you are able but the basic also has a lot to do

A great place to come to relax and rewind. The rooftop pool has beautiful views of the city. We like that during the day we can come with our 4 year old and she enjoys the pools and the water so much! Especially she enjoys the rain shower - whoever had the thought some years ago to build it in deserves a raise. The cafe food is also very tasty and many food options to choose from. Of course, if you wish to come when there is not so much people, come earlier in the day and better call in advance and ask about the situation. Self-checkout machine is a time saver!

I had a great experience at the Hürlimann Spa in Zurich. The facilities are clean, modern, and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The thermal baths, especially the rooftop pool with its stunning city views, are a highlight. The only downside was the large number of people during the weekend, which made some areas feel a bit crowded. If you’re looking for a quieter experience, I’d recommend visiting on a weekday. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to unwind and recharge. Definitely worth a visit!

The service is excellent, but the water temperature here is a bit too low. I caught a cold and had to leave Switzerland earlier. Compared to the hot springs I experienced in Bulgaria and Budapest last week, the water here is noticeably cooler. Following the ancient Baden thermal spa tradition, there are ten doors arranged, each spa area lasting for 15 minutes. Following the sequence, the rejuvenating springs are filled, including rooftop open-air scenic massage springs, cave floating, essential oil bath sprays, and warm stone steam rooms. Dozens of thermal pools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, aromatherapy steam rooms, and a leisurely nap area allow you to soak in warmth according to your needs. The spa admission ticket costs 42 Swiss Francs, and the recommended "All-Access Pass for a Day (with bathrobe and towel, 68 Swiss Francs)" is approximately $77 USD. Enjoying each step of the Swiss springs can fill up half a day, and there are restaurant bars and a health tea area available.

The spa exudes beauty and tranquility, offering a truly relaxing experience. The rooftop pool is a highlight, showcasing breathtaking views of Zurich’s cityscape. With its serene atmosphere and impeccably maintained facilities, this haven of calm is unquestionably worth a visit.

There is nothing like this that I have ever experienced in US. We were here on Christmas Day and it was very crowded but that is to be expected. I wish they had more clocks or timers so you could track how long you are at each station of the Roman baths. The rooftop pool is awesome. For the price it’s worth paying extra to include the Irish/Roman bath portion because it gives you access to so many more areas and they also provide each participant with a towel and robe.
