Wonderful spa experience. The rooftop pool was definitely the highlight of the visit. Pleasant water temperature and great views of the city. The changing rooms are clean. Would visit again.

Disappointed! Overcrowded and very loud, has absolutely nothing comparable to a classical “spa” in which you can relax and enjoy. Not very hygenic either as you basically lay down on warm stones where many other people have laid before with their wet bodies. No hot saunas , max temperature 50! Was an expensive visit for us as we didn’t feel happy there at all and left quite quickly.

It is so nice to have such comfortable and special spa & treatment bath experience. I choose the Roman Irish Package so I can enter all the places over there basically plus the infinity pool at the top. No phone and photos is allow inside, so only have pictures outside. However, the service really good, The Roman Irish have 10 diff stations for you to follow and let you relax inside, they have Roman numbers to let you follow through, and is strictly no talking as everyone is enjoying the quiet time. But don’t worry, there’s place and bath area can talk as well outside the Roman Irish zone and also infinity pool area. The price is 68CHF, u can stay whole day as long as you like start from the time u book till before they close which is 9pm. Need to make reservation. I feel after the treatment and bath all, my skin feel so smooth and Dk why my leg skin very shining 😅

My wife and I went during the 1 to 5 pm time block. This is when you can bring children; for us, this is great, though we know some folks would prefer the later no kids times. While we opted for a babysitter, we were impressed this was even an option. The price for just access to the thermal baths, not the Roman-Irish spa, was reasonable for such a unique experience. I am not one to gravitate to such places, but I really did enjoy myself and tastefulness of the design. You can bring your own towels if you want to save a few francs! Also, there was no soap in the showers, so you might consider bringing that as well, if you prefer to have it. Picture aren't allowed so only an exterior photo here. We will definitely go back, in the future.

Good but not brilliant. It’s a lovely building with friendly staff and interior. The baths, however, are too cold, too crowded, and the floors not very clean. In the general thermal baths area, the small steam room is very cramped. The building is also cold, except the bathrooms and changing rooms, weirdly. It means walking between the already lukewarm pools becomes a very cold experience! I’d not go back in a hurry.

Spa is beautiful, amazing, no issue there. But will never do a massage there again, which seems incredibly unhygienic. I was asked to lay fully naked on the plastic massage table without any cover. The masseuse said it has been cleaned, which I had no doubt, but I find this extremely unhygienic (you risk other people’s germs or chemicals, or both). I refused and asked for a towel to be added, as is the case with any spa treatment I had before. The masseuse was also late and the massage was a few minutes shorter than it was supposed to be. I expected more professional approach at this well known spa.

1 million percent recommended We flew in from the USA and went here to soothe our tired bones. Beautiful indoor pools, the rooftop pool is amazing. No photos are allowed inside the facility, it would have been awesome to capture the view. Extremely clean, with an amazing atmosphere. PRO TIP spend the extra money to get the Roman-Irish spa ritual, it’s absolutely worth the extra 26 CHF.
