10 stars for the win! Excellent experience from my first call to the delivery. Recipient said flowers were delivered with excellent care/feeding instructions. Thank you, Ana and Ashley (I think Ashley?) for taking the time to answer my questions on 3/4 different phone calls! Grateful for your your flexibility in customizing an arrangement. Not sure how hard that is w/ delicate orchids…. but doesn’t seem like a piece of cake… so I appreciate your efforts to accommodate my request! I think sending orchids is a WAY better option than cut flowers. They last much longer, they’re classic & stunning, yet the pricing is about the same or even lower… Orchid recipient loved the orchid arrangement! I appreciate Ana contacted the recipient the day before to schedule delivery the following day. All in all, impressive service. Impressive, gorgeous selections for all budgets. You made our group purchase for our fearless leader a win-win for us and him. ⚡️🌟🔥💥 Will be a repeat customer when I have another opportunity to send orchids to friends in the area!

I live in a ghost town far far away from services, but Zuma Orchids was easy to access via the internet. I just received a photo of the yellow orchids that were delivered to my friend in Malibu..... she was thrilled to receive such beauty! Thank you, Zuma Orchids!

I love the variety of orchids available to pick from, all colors, sizes and prices. Along with a good selection of vases. I personally took in my vases and they were able to accommodate to my need. Thank you Zuma Orchids

I have been a regular customer for years. They are the best. I buy for my home and I have them ship orchids for me to thank people and congratulate them. I was devastated when part of the farm burned during the Woolsey Fire but Anna and Ollie pulled it back together. Great service, beautiful orchids that last for 3-4 months.

We ordered the white miniature arrangement with a mist bottle as a birthday present. Hands down, Zuma Orchids has the most beautiful orchids and arrangements in the business. The orchid arrangement was delivered on time and was magnificent. We have purchased orchids from other flower companies but there is no comparison to Zuma for high quality.

Everything they have is beautiful! They have premade arrangements that you can choose from or you can choose the orchids you want and they will make an arrangement for you. They have an an amazing selection of orchids and the staff is super friendly. Will definitely come here again
