Terrible experience:
- Assistant says delivery is free, but then changes her mind at the checkout and charges 20 Eur
- Assistant says it will be delivered in 3 days, email comes and says it will be a week
- Incorrect item delivered, returned. No new estimate, no word from the company
- Trying to get assistance in English - redirected to a terrible AI chat on their website
- Finally got a replacement approved (+4 days!)
- It’s been a month now since I paid the money, still no item in my appartment
