I love the items this season and I bought a really cute glass cup for a good price. Also got two saucers on sale. Been using my glass cup for a week now and I love it! ✨

Terrible experience: - Assistant says delivery is free, but then changes her mind at the checkout and charges 20 Eur - Assistant says it will be delivered in 3 days, email comes and says it will be a week - Incorrect item delivered, returned. No new estimate, no word from the company - Trying to get assistance in English - redirected to a terrible AI chat on their website - Finally got a replacement approved (+4 days!) - It’s been a month now since I paid the money, still no item in my appartment 🫠🫠🫠

Two weeks ago, I returned from Barcelona with these exquisite glass tea spoons. I had the chance to use one for the first time recently, and to my dismay, it broke in half with just a gentle stir. My heart feels as broken as the spoon itself 😞 I'm hoping this isn't indicative of a broader quality issue.

Came in 10-15 minutes before closing to look at bed linen, but was basically pushed out. Staff kept rudely interrupting me, saying they were closing in 2 minutes—even though there was still time. I didn’t even get to see what they had, I walked out. All I needed was 5 quiet minutes. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Quite possibly the worst shopping experience I have had in any retail shop. The fact that you can't find a staff member to assist you (which is required if you want to purchase anything there) the moment you do get someones attention, they would rather you be dead then provide any assistance. The arrogance and simply rude customer service there had us walk our immediately.

Low quality products with nice designs. I don’t suggest you to buy anything you expect to last more than a few weeks.

This is bad. I can’t take a good and go to the cash desk. You always need to wait while the consultant finds another copy of this good. This is ridiculous and awful.

The staff here are horrendous. One of the girls working here stole my elderly mother's jacket when she tried on some clothes but we have no way to prove it. I am trying to reach the store to go over their security cameras but they are unresponsive and I am afraid I need to involve the police. We are pretty disgusted overall by this place. To be avoided.
