Wendy's isa favorite with locals for itshearty breakfast—fried eggs with refried beans and tortillas—before work or beforeheading out on a sun-and-sea excursion. The restaurant is also a solid choice for lunch and dinner, and is reasonably priced for the wide variety of dishes it offers, like quesadillas, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, beans and rice, and seafood. The walls are covered with local art, andthe spacious veranda offers views of the comings and goings along the village’s main road. Nice slow island vibes! If you are in a hurry grab something fast from a street vendor. It took about an hour to get our food, but it was worth the wait. Everything was freshly prepared. We had fresh soursop juice, whole blackened fish, fried fish filet which were all yummy. Would return and recommend.

Last night in Placencia and went out with a bang! Stopped into Wendy’s and it was a home run! Had a whole fish and steak. Both were cooked perfectly. All the food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Very nice seating areas both inside and outside. The bar looked nice, but I’m not a drinker, so didn’t get that experience. Definitely one of the better restaurants in Placencia. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in or near Placencia.

I've been in Placencia now for three weeks and I've had dinner at Wendy's three times. Each meal was wonderful. The staff is friendly and competent and the food is delicious. Try the Creole fish and the Coconut Curry - so good! Especially with a cold Belikin or two!

Wonderful setting - we had a hot rainy day and enjoyed ourselves on the deck while drinking great coffee and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Staff were generous and helpful. If you are in Placencia you must stop in!
