I had a wonderful stay at the W hotel in Doha. There was a small issue with my booking when I first arrived, but Omar went above and beyond to assist me. He was such a kind and professional gentleman, patient, understanding, and genuinely eager to help resolve the matter quickly.||Thanks to his excellent service, I was able to fully enjoy my stay and experience everything this great hotel has to offer. The facilities were beautiful, the atmosphere welcoming, and the overall experience memorable.||Thank you again to Omar and the team for turning a stressful situation into a pleasant and positive one!

Everything is great in this hotel, from the check-in to the special treatment at the end of our stay. I would like to mention that there is a Russian-speaking staff, especially Anastasia, who was able to solve any, I repeat, any issue or fulfill any request. The staff is very customer-oriented 24/7. Breakfast takes place in a beautiful and very cozy place, the MARKET restaurant. I would especially like to mention the super professional Nur. We are missing him already. At dinner, we were always greeted by the charming Nada, who filled the room with her smile. The food is very tasty and varied, and the chefs in the kitchen can work wonders to satisfy your most exquisite tastes. There are four restaurants where you can dine, but we preferred to dine at the Italian restaurant. The chef prepares very exquisite dishes. Ibrohim is a true professional who did care all details and wishes. The rooms are cleaned daily and very thoroughly. Water is provided upon request. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and you can use vouchers to get water, an umbrella, and a sunbed. Dear friends! We remember all your surprises and special treatment! My son and I left our hearts and souls behind. I look forward to seeing all of you again!

So I had a one night free time and wanted to enjoy a luxury and fancy night so a friend recommended this hotel. Wow believe me it’s not what is looks! The suite I booked smelled like an ashtray and I had to see all four suites to find a clean suite which I didn’t. So I went to the night manager Omar Ahmed to help me cancel the reservation as I came at 6 pm and decided to leave 6.30 pm because of the unhealthy rooms they have. I understand there are certain policies Hotels have but in great hotels management tend to find solutions. For example take half the payment if not make a refund with reasonable fees. Omar basically didn’t care much to find a solution and didn’t even bother to try. In the end I understood what it means to always book with the best customer service hotels such as Four seasons. No comparison between them one with impeccable high quality and the other ashtray like hotels. That’s my experience and it’s the last one with this chain of hotels. Note: I didn’t stayed that night and left the hotel. All it took is 30 minutes to know how that’s not luxurious hotel.

Everything was absolutely wonderful — from the warm welcome and generous hospitality to the amazing upgrade of our room. A special thank you to Imane, who was incredibly helpful with everything, and to Nadia, an outstanding host. The most attentive and charming waiters you could ever wish for — especially the lovely sisters and the one whose name escapes us (the one with the beautiful big glasses)! The food was excellent — truly top-notch. It was an unforgettable experience that we would love to relive again someday.

We were in transit from a long flight and decided to stop to explore Doha. The location is excellent for a full day of sightseeing. If you'd like to relax after a long journey, you can spend a few hours on the beach just a short distance away. The room was comfortable and spacious, it lacked nothing. The entire breakfast staff was truly kind, helpful, and above all, smiling. Well done guys. Thanks to Nur for the lovely gesture of welcome on our first visit to the W Doha.

Booked the stay through Marriott Bonvoy app, I am a gold elite member, normally this is acknowledged immediately at check in, not the case here. Gave credit card to block payment, told they have already charged the card I booked with for the first night. Never happened to me before at Marriott group hotel anywhere in the world, in fact, not any hotel. When I asked why, system did it. Now I have 2 payments incurring fx charges on 2 separate cards. No upgrade for Gold Elite status, we are full (hotel is not full). We either can give you smoking room or non smoking room will be on 4th floor (noise from bar below it until 2am. Opted for smoking room, thinking lesser of 2 evils. I don’t smoke and have stayed in smoking rooms before, but the smell in this room was beyond extreme. First day, leave the room at 8.30am, out at meetings all day, return at 4pm, room not even cleaned, cleaner turns up at 4.30pm, the small downtime I have between meetings. My colleague had the same on the second day. Hotel itself is dated now, used to be great 5 years ago but now in need of serious attention. So many hotels to choose from in Doha now, please stay somewhere else, I highly recommend JW Marriott City centre, never had a problem there

We had an incredible stay at the W. I travel a lot and usually stay at the W. I can honestly say that my time in W Doha was one for the books. Our room was magnificent, staff were kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious and was treated extra special by Pamela. Look for her when you are there for breakfast. She will surely start your day with positivity. Thank you, W staff for making our vacation in Doha extra special.

We travelled to Qatar for a family holiday and W Hotel hosted us for our very first visit here. We were extremely satisfied with everything during our stay. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff were always helpful and attentive.||A special thank you to Sony and Chunu from the restaurant team — they were so friendly and kind, and they took such great care of us every morning. They truly won the heart of our 4-year-old son, which made our breakfasts so much more relaxing and enjoyable.||Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and had a wonderful experience. We would definitely choose W Hotel again for our future stays in Qatar.
