Bottom line, this hotel was incredible! We got everything we asked for and twice more. We were treated like royalty. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we were given was aaaamaaazing! We were staying here for our anniversary and they did an awesome surprise for us. Wrote a card, left drinks, and printed a personalised anniversary message along with a photo of us. We absolutely loved our stay here and regret not having stayed longer. Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience! We cannot wait to come back again.

The W is without question the B E S T hotel in Bogota and one of my favorites in the world - and I travel A LOT! From the most comfortable beds and suites to the impeccable attention to detail, the best spa in Bogota, the amazing breakfast buffet every morning and DJ brunches on Sunday, and the attentiveness, smiles, and kindness of the team @W Bogota. And a great team comes from a great General Manager. Thank you Andre and your excellent team - Ingrid, Carol, Fabian, Santiago, Oscar, Diana, Raoul, Mónica, and the list goes on… for making me feel like I am at home in Bogota when I am thousands of miles away from home. I’m a frequent guest at the W Hotel in Bogotá, visiting regularly for both work and personal commitments. Each stay has been consistently excellent, which is why I keep coming back. The service is always top-notch and the staff are attentive, friendly, and truly make you feel at home.||The gym is well-equipped and makes it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. Another highlight is the spa, where Sandra provides an incredible experience. She has a special ability to focus on every detail of relaxation, making each treatment unforgettable.||W Bogotá combines comfort, outstanding amenities, and exceptional staff. As a recurrent visitor, I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels in the city, and I highly recommend it.

Amazing experience. Was greeted warmly by our server. She explained all the dishes in detail and made excellent recommendations. The manager touched the table a few times and even the chef came to greet us. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an elevated dining experience.

I had such a wonderful experience with Liliana and Sandra! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so comfortable and cared for. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and professional . I could feel the tension melting away. What really stood out was the thoughtful little touches, like offering orange juice and tea afterward, which made the whole experience feel even more special. Their warmth, skill, and attention to detail truly make a difference. I would definitely recommend them and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! 🌿✨

Phenomenal stay! Staff took immense care while I was having altitude illness. The dining staff was always observant and Manager/Supervisor Natalya offered tea to assist. Great food. Very friendly and attentive staff. Buffet was amazing. No shortage of unlimited cocktails that were included with brunch 😊 our server was Carolina. She took care of all our needs.

We ate at Jairo restaurant at the W Hotel and it's is just an amazing spot, the meals never disappoint, all the staff is absolutely great, courteous and attentive to anything you need. Maria and Daniela are wonderful! and we always look forward to coming here when we are around.
