"Raise a Glass in Moda When the crush of 14 million people (and what seems like an infinite number of rude taxi drivers) gets to you, Istanbul has a cure for what ails you: a peaceful ferry ride across the Bosphorus and a seat in the leafy garden at Viktor Levi wine house. The son of a fisherman, Viktor Levi started bringing back his favorite wines from the Aegean Islands more than a century ago, and his namesake restaurant, tucked into a side street in Moda in Kadiköy, now has more than a dozen house varietals, most under 100 lira. A meal by the fountain or inside the restored town house might inspire your own trip to Bozcaada, or just a return trip on the ferry."

A wonderful dining experience in a beautiful place, with amazing juicy steaks accompanied by lovely sauce and delicious starters, I particularly enjoyed the mashed fava. The red wine was also excellent and the service was good.

We visited Viktor Levi Şarap Evi in Moda, Kadıköy — a cozy wine house with a beautiful courtyard and warm atmosphere 🍷🧀
Their wine service really impressed me — from opening to pouring, you can feel their respect for the craft.
The wines were rich and paired perfectly with cheese.
A special experience we’d love to repeat.

We were looking for a place to dine and thank you to those who left reviews, we found this amazing place! In addition to the lovely staff, the food was amazing. If you are not familiar with the menu, staff will help you with details. The portions are big! The selection of wine and drinks is very complete, for all tastes. The restaurant is busy and that reflects in the overall ambiance. The dining experience was really good, we really enjoyed it.

Terrible place, terrible serving. Waiters are rude and mean, they not even allow you to walk. prices are really expensive and they don’t even have any authentic food as well. Worst place to be if you’re searching for a nice experience. Any other place in kadıköy servers much better from here.

When I came to Turkey, I read that Victor-Levi Wine House in Kadıköy is a must-visit, so I decided to come here. It truly lives up to the hype! The atmosphere is warm and stylish, the food is delightful, and the wines are excellent. A perfect spot to experience Turkish wine culture. Definitely a place to visit in Kadıköy!

Friday and without reservation and we still found a spot. Very special inside terrace, good cheese and wines. Atmosphere can be a bit noisy if its full but its a nice spot to come with friends or on a date.

Beautiful surroundings. The outdoor area is like eating in a garden. While the food is a little more costly than some places, it was very tasty, I immediately wanted to look up a recipe to see if I could replicate it. It's also a mix of Turkish & Western food, so there's something for everyone.

Great date spot! My husband takes me here and we have a great time every time. Feels more European than Turkish. Perfect place to enjoy wine and snacks.
