A waste of time and money. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated, and 10 more for the waiter to come to our table...when we were then given a paper so we could write down our own order. They were clearly understaffed. When eventually the food came, it was an absolute let down. It was actually impressive how a burger place, where even the menu is in the shape of a burger, had the most unseasoned food I've had in a long time. On top of that, they got our order wrong. It looked good and the prices were okay, but the truth is that it was all deeply disappointing. Apart from that, the bathrooms were an absolute disaster. The picture in my review is actually not the worst of it, I'll leave the state of the stalls up to your imagination. San Sebastian is known for its amazing food; this was not an example of that. Walked away frustrated and disappointed...

The price of the burger we ate was incredibly expensive for its size. The burger comes as big as a palm and you can wait for half an hour. Basic burger includes only bun and patty. Everything you want to add on top is extra. Lettuce doesn't even cost one euro, but it's unnecessary to ask for more than 2€ extra for these. Apart from that, the taste was not bad, only the portion was very small.

The burgers were juicy with really good flavours and generous sauce. We sat on the terrace on the street, and so pricing was a little higher. Service was simple, not warm and incredibly slow. Tables in general were left quite messy for a long time, even after we were told to sit down. Perhaps understaffed due to public holiday today. All the 7 tables wiped down were with a reused wet cloth and no sanitation spray. Menus were very sticky.

Disappointing Dining Experience I recently visited a restaurant, and I must say it was a rather disappointing experience. The negatives I encountered were numerous: Cold Burger Buns: The burger buns were served cold, which significantly impacted the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal. Cold and Flavorless Fries: The fries lacked any seasoning and were served cold, making them unappetizing. Odd Condiment Choice: To my surprise, they served mustard with the fries, which did not complement the dish at all. Unfriendly Staff: The restaurant's personnel were unfriendly and inattentive, making the dining experience uncomfortable. Avian Disturbance: I was disturbed to find birds flying around inside the greenhouse, adding an unwelcome distraction to the meal. Inflexible Payment Options: The restaurant did not offer the convenience of split payments, causing inconvenience for large groups. Lack of Vegetarian Options: As a vegetarian, I was disappointed to find no suitable dishes on the menu. Smoking During Work Hours: Perhaps the most unacceptable aspect was witnessing the staff smoking while on duty, which displayed a lack of professionalism. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to these significant issues. The management needs to address these concerns promptly to provide a more enjoyable dining experience for their customers.

The food was really bad. I ate a cheese burger for 6,70€ and it was just a warmed up cheese burger from the supermarket. Wouldnt recommend going there.

This location was open late as we had an event and wete starving. The burgers were great. The service is different as you have to approach the bar and order and then pick your food up there as well. As I said, the food was excellent which made up for the self-service approach.

Burger was not too big but enough for me who has a small appetite. There was a generous amount of fries but I got some the small, torn apart ones for some reason.

We went at 2am after a bar since it was the inly thing open this was seriously the best burger iv ever had. The fries were great too. Fast service.
