Dear Department of Justice,
I am writing to express my profound concern regarding the apparent barriers preventing justice in cases where individuals lacking resources are pitted against affluent entities accused of defrauding the government. It is disheartening to witness the imbalance where those in genuine need are unable to mount adequate legal defenses against those accused of egregious offenses.
The current scenario, where an individual accused of a federal-level theft amounting to $300 million is leveraging legal maneuvers to pursue civil cases against innocent parties, presents a distressing narrative of an obstructed justice system. USA V Parmar 2:2018-cr-00735) This pursuit, albeit unrelated to the initial federal-level crime, perpetuates an unjust cycle that seems to thwart any possibility of closure and fairness. How can someone steal money but then lie and sue you in civil case and NOONE can help???
The inability of the courts to intervene due to the seemingly unrelated nature of these cases only compounds the sense of injustice and helplessness felt by those affected. This situation begs the question of whether the existing legal framework adequately addresses the intricate interconnections between cases and the profound impact on individuals who lack the resources to combat such imbalances.
I implore the Department of Justice to consider these distressing realities seriously. The pursuit of justice should not be contingent upon financial capacity, and the inability to rectify such disparities perpetuates a sense of disillusionment with the justice system. I urge a review of policies and legal avenues to ensure a fair and equitable dispensation of justice, irrespective of financial standing.
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Elena

About 2 years ago I called and wanted to speak to our attorney general regarding how corrupt the family courts system is in Essex County and his secretary hung up on me. Why even have these people. Get rid of them they are useless anyway. They just get paid top dollar for nothing!
