If you’re a tourist, read here! Most likely when you go, the restaurant is gonna be packed inside and out. Don’t spend your time in line. Just look for an open stool and find a place to sit. One of the servers will come and bring out the items for you. There’s literally zero thinking, just sit down and they’ll get food for you. There’s only two things on the menu, the grilled pork pho, and what I’m going to call them as spring rolls. There are much tastier than any spring roll though. Get them! The pork is delicious and the noodles are amazing as well. I see why they are on the Michelin guide for Hanoi!

This is the best meal I have had so far in Vietnam. You have to try it. Get the spring rolls as well as the bun cha. SO delicious.

Not sure why this only has 6 other reviews at the time of writing. This restaurant is in the Michelin guide! For just 50,000 Dong for Michelin recommended bun cha, this is a no-brainer to try. There was sliced meat and patties in the broth, which is citrusy, garlicky and savoury all at the same time. The bun noodles were bouncy and the accompanying herbs of shiso, coriander and mint all added an extra dimension. The meat is charred and it flakes off into the soup, the bun takes up the broth flavour really well. It’s your standard tiny plastic stool affair with the furniture and the floor is littered with herbs, tissues etc from before. But that’s all part of the fun! Staff are fast and efficient. There were a few locals inside, which is always a good sign. Would definitely come here again!

Delicious food! One option and very delicious. 10/10 recommend. Very local. We were the only tourists. Michelin recommended. And by me;) 50k for the bun cha 👍🏻

Sign says 45 VND, we got charged 50. I had to share a tray with some random stranger slurping his pho all over the greens and the rest of the tray. Also, long black hair in the broth which didn't help the experience. Not Michelin worthy.

Best meal I’ve eaten in Hanoi, very tasty bun cha. Highly recommend. Come early to avoid queues
