Trident service is unmatched! They are super professional and really go out their way to make sure your stay is perfect! The hotel is spotless and the amenities are great! Staying here was a great way to explore the Pink City it’s really beautiful and a great experience. Food at the hotel is delicious! The staff left a small gift to remind us of our amazing stay in Jaipur! Such a wonderful gesture.

Definitely best place to stay with family and friends… the team is great… they make you very comfortable throughout the stay.. special mention to the chef and his team… they were so affectionate and made us feel as home.. overall worth the money u pay.. and very much near to all the tourist attractions in Jaipur

I stayed with my family through Nayonika Travels Pvt Ltd, in Aug 2024 to celebrate my birthday. Trident Jaipur is one of my favourite property in Jaipur just opposite to Jal mahal and away from hustle bustle though very close to all the famous places. I have been coming to this property from last 10 years. It has a old world charm with Rajasthani touch. ||||FOM Kelvin Lee was very supportive and gave us interconnecting rooms. Gaurav Prasad has deep knowledge of local sightseeing places. ||||What made this visit even more special was the impeccable service we received. We were fortunate to meet Mr. Sameer Kaul, the General Manager, whose energy and humility were truly remarkable. He took the time to personally welcome us, and his commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable stay was evident throughout our visit.||||Trident Jaipur continues to be a place I cherish visiting year after year. The combination of its beautiful setting, excellent service, and the personal touch of its staff makes it truly one-of-a-kind.||||Special thanks to Mr. Sameer Kaul, the General Manager. A beautiful property with a very humble staff. They are humble, helpful and always carry a smile on their face. If you are travelling with your family, then your kids are sure to enjoy their kids club which has a lot of activities like play station, cricket, basketball, badminton, swings, slides and even blocks and toys for the younger ones. Their restaurant is quite big to serve around 50 people at once and the food is awesome. The restaurant staff is always smiling and is always around to listen to your needs and fulfill them. We stayed there for one and a half days and enjoyed the food in their restaurant only. One or the other staff member was always around to ask about your and your family's choice of food. It is a culture there that every staff member greets you even while you are just walking around the lobby. I am very grateful for their service and the hospitality and my special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Koul. Being a five star hotel, expect it to be expensive, but worth it. Had a good time there.

Had a lovely stay! ||Hotel and rooms need a bit of modernization but that could be a personal view. They do provide a palace-like charm otherwise. Zero complaints about cleanliness, facilities or sevice!

We recently stayed at the Trident Hotel Jaipur for two nights and were blown away by the excellent service, rooms and facilities. The overall experience was exceptional.||Chef Monica went above and beyond by personally making us gluten-free waffles and dishes, which was incredibly thoughtful. We also want to express our gratitude to Roshan and Muskan, who consistently checked on us during our meals in the restaurant, ensuring we enjoyed our food and found the right sweet treats. Thank you also to Vaibhav who got us hot drinks for our sore throats. ||The service was impeccable throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for and appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable.

Our stay at Trident Jaipur was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for exploring the city’s attractions.
