Très Bien

Store experience very disappointing! I’ve followed Tres Bien for years and placed several orders online. The Soho store curation is incredible, they’ve got great pieces. However, both of the sales assistants were unwelcoming, dismissive and unhelpful. They concentrated on their phones for the entirety. When I asked for a size in something the girl seemed put out by having to put her phone down which made it very awkward. Same when we asked for something else. Such a shame considering how nice the selection is!

Wow! What a store! Came in on a whim looking for a gilet and left a few jackets heavier! The sales assistants provide an extremely focused and personal service; a far cry from the usual Soho snobbery! Not only was I made to feel welcome, but the staff provide honest feedback on how the drip looks on you (no chasing a quick sale here!). Ended up leaving with several Acne Studios jackets, a flagship everywhere leather vest (instead of the gilet) and a bucket hat to boot. Plenty of unexpected gems to be found in this spot too. After an 80s experimental photographer's zine? Très Bien have gotcha! After some specialist cremate incense? Très Bien will sort ya! Would highly recommend if you're after some fire winter clothes. Can't wait to see what the summer collection entails!

I bought some comme de garçon shoes from tres bien , London store, for my wife for Christmas , Jack and his team are really helpful and efficient Will definitely return , great designer brands too Well done !

I wouldn't dream of using this shop. It repeatedly has its burglar alarm going, irritating to neighbours - and has no contact details re a key holder to stop the misfirings. No apology, of course.

Was after a pair of boots that had sold out on their online shop - rang the store in soho and they held them for me. Just really helpful staff.

Stop hiring anti-social Gen Z people to look cool or somehow expect to appeal to customers 😂 We are spending £££ for the nice items not visiting the store for ridiculous tiktoker employees.
