WOW!!! What a beautiful hotel with incredible hospitality. Loved the historic building and all the elegant thoughtful details...but the quality of service makes the experience so memorable! The highlight of our stay at this hotel was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with guidance and recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, making our trip even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. While the breakfast was good, it didn’t quite reach the level of excellence set by the rest of the hotel. A special thanks to Joana at the front desk and Rui, who assisted us with a smile—your efforts truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking outstanding service and a comfortable stay.

We stayed at Torel Palace for part of our honeymoon and had a wonderful time! The hotel itself is beautiful and it was so fun staying in such a unique place. Bruna sat down with us when we arrived and told us about the history of the building and everything we should see and do in Porto. She really made our experience!!!

We have just spent 2 nights at his lovely quirky hotel. The room was bright and bed super comfy. We also had a small balcony which was nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. The staff were all very friendly and always helpful. They even let us return to the hotel for the day after our cruise which we really did appreciate. You must definitely eat in their restaurant BLIND amazing experience and food. Good location for seeing Porto and getting around. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Spent two nights at Torel Palace Porto and couldn't be more delighted with their service. The hotel staff is top notch, the facility is beautiful and the location is perfect for touring all that historic Porto offers. The patisserie shop/lounge is meticulously designed and curated and the service was genuinely white glove. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast is a hidden gem here. This is definitely our new favorite hotel in Europe.
