I had a beautiful pint of stout. Sadly they had no beamish but my Guinness was absolutely riveting !!! Although I'm not sure what was better, the guinness or the bar staff. I believe they were call sean and pat and the service was incredible. I highly recommend this bar.

One of the best pints of Guinness in Dublin in one of Dublins oldest bars. Also the bar staff are so welcoming and friendly that even if the historic decor doesn't make your time in here the barstaff definietly will. Thanks Sean for a lovely time.

terrible..no where near what the old pub was like. freezing cold..no atmosphere..barman forgot about my toastie. folks if you are going to reopen an instution like the sackville get it right. turn the heating on at least...and how much would it cost you to get a new set of county shirts for the walls..of ure are a budget just buy the socks why dont you. terribly disappointing experience.
