"Videre is a laidback restaurant on top of the Kimpton Hotel that offers a great view of the city and mountains in the distance, and a pool that’s not much larger than the one in your friend’s backyard. The dressed-up bar food is good for snacking, like fried chicken bites with two kinds of aioli or shrimp tacos with sweet mango slaw.
