The Park Hotel, Delhi – Birthday Stay ✨ We stayed at The Park Hotel, Delhi for my wife’s birthday, and the experience was truly wonderful. The hotel delivers a genuine 5-star experience with its elegant ambience, excellent service, and warm hospitality. A special mention to Manish from the hotel staff, who was extremely supportive throughout our stay. His polite attitude and helpful nature made us feel truly taken care of and added a personal touch to our celebration. Our room was clean, modern, and beautifully arranged.Dining at the hotel was another highlight — the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay, and The Park Hotel made our celebration perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Delhi.

My parents had stayed there during the second week of December and were highly pleased with the hotel and the services provided, there was a minor hitch with the omelette station regarding which they’d written about and it was promptly and very courteously addressed once they were back by Mr Arnab. I’m glad that their minor concern was noted and was very cordially addressed . Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who appreciates their attention to the customers requirements

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on my group tour to India. I found the staff here to be particularly friendly and helpful and the food here was very good, particularly breakfast, which had lots of choice, and great coffee! The downstairs area was lovely with a great little pool area. The bedroom was fine, although, and not a criticism here, as it was clean, but I thought it was a little dated, although the bathroom seemed pretty modern. Overall, the park was an enjoyable stay and well located for our touring around Delhi. Thank you!

Very comfortable rooms, really nice beds. The best bit about a stay in every hotel for us is attention to detail. The staff especially Harsh and Lham were absolutely great and I hope they continue to be seen and recognised for their hardwork by the team. Location cannot be beaten for anything, you are right there!!!!! From a Happy customer in Delhi…

Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐ Staff: ⭐⭐ Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at Park Hotel during a business trip, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing, something a colleague traveling the same day also encountered. Despite the clearly stated 2 PM check‑in policy, we were casually informed on arrival that the rooms “weren’t ready”. When asked we were told it's because another group had checked out late. There was no genuine apology or ownership; the one “sorry” we received felt perfunctory. We waited. We asked for a quiet place to take work calls since the lobby had loud music, and was very crowded, and were sent to the poolside restaurant, only to be handled rudely by one restaurant staff who indicated that we should “wait in the lobby” because the lobby sofas are the seating place for waiting guests and not the restaurant. The lack of coordination was unbelievable for a hotel at this price point. After we escalated to the Travel agent, rooms were suddenly ready. When we asked if they could at least place us on the same floor as a gesture of compensation, the request was denied. The only staff member who showed any warmth & was helpful during the entire stay was the security guard, everyone else seemed disengaged or unhappy, which makes me wonder if the hotel has a deeper work‑culture issue. On top of that, once we finally got the rooms, the condition was another let down, as there was noticeable damp smell and dust on windows and on the exterior facade right outside and the bathroom fittings were in bad shape, very old and clanky design even the shower drain was clogged. We didn’t bother reporting because we genuinely didn’t want more interaction with staff who already seemed uninterested. On the positive side, the food was excellent, the Wi‑Fi worked well, and billing & checkout were fine. They helped us to store our luggage after checkout as we had to step out for an hour. And of course, the location is fantastic, probably the hotel’s strongest advantage. But overall, nothing about the experience justified the high rates. With nearby premium hotels like The Lalit, The Leela, and ITC offering rooms in a similar range or only slightly higher price, I’d be inclined to choose one of those, next time, instead, unless Park Hotel makes meaningful improvements.

As always my stay at Park was very comfortable. This property is located right in heart of delhi, walkable distance to connought place and other markets. Check-in process was really quick, smooth and efficient, entire staff were very welcoming, attentive and courteous, ensuring a pleasant stay. They very well understand the challenges of travelling if required they promply help us by providing early check in and late check outs which is one the best gesture by the reception team which makes me always choose my stay at "The Park" each time i visit delhi(Thanks to Ms Ruby for taking care) After a long flight it feels very relaxing. The room was beautifully designed spacious, spotless, and equipped with every modern amenity. They always maintain an elegant ambience throughout the property. Dining at the hotel was very good, thanks to chefs and kudos to the entire restaurant staff, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented and served with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel facilities were world-class — from the serene spa and well-equipped fitness center to the stunning pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, Exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a pleasant stay in The Park! 🌟 The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable. The service was truly exceptional — special mention to Mr. Manish and Mr. Lalith at the front desk for their attentiveness and warm hospitality. They showed great interest in ensuring guest satisfaction. The only area for improvement would be the room temperature, as the AC wasn’t cooling effectively. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended! 👏

Stayed from 6 jan 2026 to 8 jan 2026 in room no 809. Bad condition of room bad odor in toilet, floor full of scratches very less room amenities, lot of refurbishment required. Poor staff at the reception specially Harshit speaks bad about guest with his colleagues and loudly very rude. Lobby guest room handle broken bad sanitation. Coffee shop staff was good only break fast needs to have more option Overall not good experience
