The Park

I have stayed in the Park previously but this time the experience was not good. We’re here from 7th Nov to 13th Nov. We were allocated a room on the 8th floor and there was work being done above our room due to which there was constant banging/drilling and flooring machines being used above our room. We booked for 6 nights and made the fully payment in advance. We tolerated all these noise for four days but on the fourth night the noise continued and as my husband was not well and wanted to rest I informed receptionist to stop the work but unfortunately in spite of informing reception it continued. I ultimately had to personally go down to reception to speak to them about this. The work was halted but took a long time for this to be sorted. I asked them to change the room the next morning as the work was to continue. It took so much of requesting to get the room changed as the receptionists kept giving us different answers (obviously avoiding). Also In our room the fridge was also not working and we had to request four times for this to be fixed which is pathetic!|I have to thank Ruby who greeted us so well on our arrival and ultimately sorted our room issues also. The hotel should have more staff like her who listen and take action so the guests feel valued.| If work is to be done through the night, the guests need to be informed and they should have a choice of whether they want to stay in that room. Also since our last visit the maintenance of the rooms has gone down. We will be checking out tomorrow and hopefully everything goes smoothly till then and we leave with a good impression.

Excellent Hotel with comfy rooms and fantastic Restaurant Foods. Staff were very helpful too.|Pizzas could be improved a bit - with a bit more training on adding toppings ! Too much grated garlic on mine.|Check ins are time consuming. Why do you need to have your Passport checked over and over - when you have been there a few days earlier and have a 12 month Visa ?||However - spoilt by "Beer Prices" being very steep !|Almost the "Delhi Maximum" on a small Kingfisher at 800Rs ! In other Cities/places we even got a large Kingfisher (650 ml) at 475 Rs.|Worse - the "Poolside" Coronas were really ridiculous at an extortionate "1280 Rs" (330ml)|That is really bad and the prices were not displayed !

My experience at The Park was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel’s amenities, including the spa and pool, added to the luxurious experience. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, my stay was memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-tier experience.

Very well located, staff good especially Anshika and Ruby who helped when needed. On Departure gave verbal feedback to Manager and chef.|The issues with hotel is that it is very old and needs updating. The wood panelling needs to have new shiny look. Staying in the residence was nothing special, no mineral water or welcome bowl of fruit.|The Marble bathtub is very deep and the shower wets outside floor. Bedside does not international power outlets. No charging point anywhere in the room.|The house keeping staff good and polite and efficient, especially Shaandar, who very efficient |The food is good but on the high side.|The serving staff should have a nice uniform instead of jeans/denim everyday wear.|Busy times they cannot serve as too busy clearing the dishes etc.|For Chef Singh, please make masala chai the old way. Machines cannot make Indian tea correctly. |I want to return there on 6 January 2025.

I stayed in your hotel with my friend in #606 & #622i want to mentioned that my stay was very comfortable. Room was so clean and services are very good and up to the mark.|Ms.Subhdra the lobby manager was very helpful and polite too.|Vardhan was also very helpful.|We had breakfast at Mist and we met the captain Mr.Nitish he was very good in his work.he suggested us for southindian dish DOSA which was very delicious. |Because of these people we really want to visit again...

The stay was really enjoyable because of reception miss kiran kaur she is such a vibrant personality. as se got all three room together 816, 820 and 806, the hotel was really well de orate due to diwali and so do entire delhi. Ruby was very helpf

I can't believe I was a park property. Agreed I was tired from. Along journey, but why was the intercom not working , hence my partner had to walk down to place the order for food The hotel number was also not working , the internet sucked...seriously ....the lobby sofa ..was so badly stained. Staff who served us were amazing tho. Cany be without saying that...but seriously the up keep really sucks.

faded elegance. They had to replace the safe twice. Hairdryer had to be replaced as shorting out! There is no shower gel in the bathroom. When I pointed this out, they were quick to sort it out. To be fair, no one else in the party had any issues.
