Excellent service and hospitality. I really enjoyed staying at the park new delhi. Ms. Ruby was really nice . She made our stay comfortable. You must have more staff like her. Smiling face and polite tone. We stayed in room no. 307. I would be coming back in june again. Thank you so much .

The Park Hotel New Delhi boasts clean and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the location and customer service are excellent, the breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options and better availability of beverages. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement in the dining experience.

We had a bad experience in general. The water in the shower and sink is discolored. You won't notice it unless you fill a glass or the tub. It was the same for all the rooms. That was unacceptable so we ended up getting more drinking water and using the coffee kettle to get hot water for the bath. Imagine doing that for a family getting ready for a wedding. The staff said they will turn on another pump, which didn't do anything. There was a notice that the water to flush was discolored as it was recycled, which would have been fine, but unacceptable for the shower and sink. We were 3 people in one room but had to keep asking for extra towels everyday. The lights in the room were not sufficient. So it was difficult for us to get ready properly. The bathroom mirror had back lights but not strong enough or maybe poorly placed. There was a mirror next to the main door which did not have any lights. One bulb was not working, but we didn't have time to inform the staff about it. The buffet breakfast was mediocre. It had everything we expect from a 4 star hotel in Delhi, but nothing exceptional. Due to being fully booked, it was always a struggle to find tables next to each other. So the groups had to be split. The positives were the check in and out process which was barely 2 mins. The elevator is fast enough to handle all the guests. The staff was prompt whenever we needed anything. Overall, the water just did not make us comfortable in the hotel. We wouldn't recommend it to others.

Every staff member if encountered from the bell desk, restaurant team, room service team and specially the front desk staff such as Kiranjeet and Subhdra those who really helped me out when ever i come with my Group. | |As i always spend two, three days with my group they always make sure that my every single guest is comfortable and enjoying the stay. Every time they ask me for packed breakfast which i feel really touching. ||Also just like these two ladies everyone could not have been friendlier.

Hotel is amazing. Specially, thanks to Vardaan providing a room on higher floor with upgrade. He is an astounding guy. You made my day with my kids. Will come back and see you again.||Food is also good with a good location. ||Bhuvnesh from housekeeping is also good.

Rooms are tiny, and bathrooms are badly designed. The shower area is very cramped. Beds are again very small, for the average height person as well. The only saving grace is the location of this hotel. The room service was good and the food was fine.

To Manager,Park Hotel ,New Delhi.||||I am happy to write about your service rendering towards customer very highly appreciatable.i was visited to your park hotel on 8th dec 2025 had discomfort in my health due to stomach upset.but i approached your team for my health issues at night 11am.Soon after they have been arranged with help of one supportive person to take care of me and to go hospital.She came from your reception Mrs.Hanny Madam,really she was with me very patiently through out my health investigation happened and helped me mental support and love towards of finishing my treatment in ||hospital throughout night with well suport.I am thanking her from my bottom of heart and hotel system and Management having nice person as employee like mother in your front office reception.||THANK YOU Dear Hanny Madam.🌹🌹🌹🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🌹🌹🌹||Best of luck and blessings to your future endeavours
