I booked in to have a facial, Jade was very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable instantly. The products are great, I can already notice a difference with my skin and feel completely rejuvenated. Jade is very knowledgeable and I would highly reccomend her.

Really bad, sliced open my cuticle and didn't give me a discount as Treatwell had taken the payment. When you cause someone direct harm I think you should probably pay them back anyway. Terrible manicure and now I have terrible nails for my birthday, which are irreversible. *Never* coming back here, Really wouldn't recommend.

Amazing service by Madia, she is an excellent therapist, very professional and has a great positive energy. This lovely spa is located just opposite Liberty and is a great place for unwinding and relaxation.

Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. Very heavy handed, nicked the cuticle causing it to bleed, then pulled at skin, leaving soar areas. Dreadful experience.
