The Oberoi, Gurgaon

Stayed at the Oberoi Hotel in November, 24 . My experience of stay at the hotel was a memorable one. The hotel staff is indeed courteous and prompt in providing service with a smile. While checking in, a number of hotel staff members did the job in a few minutes including transfer to the room. The overall ambiance of the hotel is comparable to the best . The Dine in service in the room is done while laying the table in the room in an exemplary manner. The rooms are spacious with a furniture well designed for the comfort of the guest. My experience with the bar was very good. The staff in the bar is the very experienced and reputed. Especially during my interaction with Mr. Sahil in the bar, I was greatly impressed with his expertise and repute in managing the bar and his welcoming nature.The food is very good. I find the stay in this hotel the best in Gurgaon.

From the lobby to the pool to the spa to the many restaurants on this property -- everything is spectacular. The attention to detail is probably the best in the world. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions, and cater well to each guests' unique needs!

Lovely large rooms, very comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Excellent service and friendly professional staff. The layout is beautiful, with serene water bodies and calm interiors. The breakfast buffet is one of the best with a very large variety - must try the eggs benedict.

Superb service all round is the specialty of this hotel. It is beautifully laid out and rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom makes it better. Breakfast is excellent. Also had a great meal at Ziva their specialty restaurant.

Fantastic, world class proactive service with everyone greeting me with a genuine smile, from the moment of arrival to early morning visits to gym or late night wanderings around the property. Team members recognized me and remembered certain preferences, which made the whole experience very welcoming and comforting. Cannot do better when visiting Delhi.

We had a wonderful and excellent stay at the Oberoi Gurgaon. The whole Team was very professional and pro active in meeting and as well as exceeding guest expectations. Stuti has to deserve a special mention with her patience and the ability to resolve any issues.

Great service, great food and everyone tries their best to be very helpful. The restaurants are amazing. ||When I stay at the Oberoi I have no concerns about hygiene and am sure I can eat anything drink the water etc just like I am at home in the USA.
