The Oberoi Gurgaon is, in my opinion, a first class hotel in every way. The service was the best I have ever experienced in nearly thirty years of travel. If I could give an 11 out of 10, I would. After the hustle and bustle of India, it was a perfect place to recharge our batteries (family of 4). Our children and 12 and 10 and they loved it as much as we did. So many thoughtful touches, highly recommended.

I had a great stay at The Oberoi Gurgaon. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the car pickup in a 7-series BMW was a nice touch. There was a mix-up with my airport pickup, but the team handled it well and made up for the inconvenience. The outdoor pool is beautiful, but the pollution in the area is tough to ignore. That said, the hotel is prepared for it and has measures in place to deal with air quality issues like PM 2.5. I stay in luxury hotels around the world—Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, and others—and The Oberoi holds its own. What really stands out here is the heartfelt service and genuine care. They’re not perfect, but they try hard, and it shows. I love how warm and friendly people are in India—it’s always such a pleasure to visit. This hotel is a great example of that hospitality!

Amazing.. That is the word which can describe The Oberoi Gurgaon. In terms of food, Service starting from reception to roo. Every thing is wonderful. Staff is polite and friendly. Rooms are spacious and heated pool makes it more luxurious.

Spent two nights including the New Year night at Oberoi Gurgaon, with family (7 adults, four rooms). |Entire package from making reservation to the stay to checking out was an excellent experience. The staff were well groomed, very professional, courteous & supportive of each of our needs.

Don’t love Gurgaon the area because it feels a bit isolated but the hotel is a 10! Amazing rooms, good restaurants, and doting staff to take care of all your needs.
