Remarkably underwhelming. Ordered off DoorDash in Colorado. Doesn’t look there’s a local brick and mortar location, so assuming a ghost kitchen is shipping them in from CA or something…. Definitely tasted old and a little stale though even after microwaving. Didn’t taste amazing either. I don’t understand the buzz around individually packaged mass produced cookies when there’s so many brands that fresh make their cookies regularly.

We were in town a few days, we were about to order dinner and spotted the signage. We were assisted by Charlie. He was really helpful. I got the red velvet cookie it was pretty good. We look forward to trying more cookies whenever we return

In San Diego for the weekend, we were looking for a cute bakery to grab some cookies. We stumbled on The Cravory! They did not disappoint! I went in with the intention of getting 1 cookie and walked out with half a dozen +1. The customer service was wonderful! Greeted with a smile and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed by the various flavor profiles. And they all are delicious!

In January 2025, I visited The Cravory in Point Loma around 8:20 PM with a coupon offering $30 worth of gourmet cookies for $15. I inquired with the employee on duty, named Cristhian, about the validity of the coupon. He informed me that he was unaware of such a promotion and had never seen that coupon before. I mentioned that the promotion was available online and expressed my hesitation to provide my card details without clear confirmation. Cristhian responded aggressively, raising his voice and stating that he wasn’t obligated to know all promotions, comparing the situation to employees at large stores like Walmart. His demeanor was confrontational, suggesting that I was mistaken and that it wasn’t his responsibility to guide me on completing the coupon information. I asked him how he would feel if it were his first visit to a store and he received such treatment. I left the establishment without making a purchase, feeling frightened and upset by the interaction. This experience was extremely disappointing and made me question the quality of customer service at The Cravory.

Amazing cookies! We found this place randomly while in the area and were very pleasantly surprised. They have a large selection of unique flavours. The cookies are very soft and they taste so good! The staff serving us was also friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend trying them out.

I had previously given 5 stars on another site after multiple orders back in March 2022 (See my 5 star review below). Unfortunately, this last order didn't live up to the usual standard of quality. I ordered a half dozen of the lemon crinkle, half dozen of ube crinkle, and opted to add on additional 6 of the December cookies of the month. First of all, I was missing the pumpkin pecan cookie. I only got 5 of the 6 limited edition cookies. Secondly, the lemon crinkle cookies tasted like uncooked dough. I couldn't eat them. I ended up throwing them away. The ube crinkles were good except that they put way too much powdered sugar in this batch. They usually add a lot but this was overkill and totally ruined the ube cookie taste. I'm not sure what happened. I did enjoy the gingerbread, eggnog, and Christmas tree cookies. I'm just not sure it's worth it to order from them again. It's a shame because the cookies were very good the first 2 times I ordered from them. Very disappointing. *Previous 5 star review* Surprisingly very good! I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the cookies online and had them shipped to Florida. Especially after reading the reviews that the ube crinkle cookies arrive by FEDEX in a crumbly mess. Well, all concerns were gone once I received the package. First of all, I love that the cookies are individually wrapped and the packaging was cute. The cookies are all standing up in the box and not a single one of them was broken. Perhaps because they bake them fresh and send them out within 2 days. Obviously, I was expecting something to happen in the shipping but the only mess I saw was the powdered sugar from the ube crinkle cookie which is quite understandable IMO. If you want a pretty powdered sugar cookie then you really need to buy it at the store. Anyway, I immediately placed my ube crinkle on a plate and microwaved it for 10 seconds just so that I could get that "warm out of the oven" feeling. So yummy! Yes, it's super sweet because the powdered sugar is on the top and the bottom of the cookie. It has white chocolate chips in the cookie and the ube jam is in the cookie batter. It was so soft and even chewy at the same time. It almost tasted like it had mochi or marshmallow in the mix, but it doesn't according the ingredients on the website. I did see vanilla pudding in the ingredients which probably makes it softer. Well, it was just delicious! I also got the passion guava cookies which apparently was one of the February cookies of the month. It's no longer available. It was so good! I don't even feel the need to warm up this cookie. It's soft and delicious just the way it is. I think the only negative thing I can say about it is that I didn't taste the passion fruit in the cookie part as the website claims. The passion fruit was actually mixed in with the guava. That guava square on top of the cookie is generous enough to spread over the cookie after heating it up. That's if you prefer to get that passion fruit/guava taste throughout the entire cookie eating experience. Hey, no complaints from me. Was it the best ube crinkle I've ever had? No, but it was a reasonable price compared to other mail order bakeries that specialize in ube treats. I've received packages of crinkle cookies that were smaller in size for about the same price. The Cravory cookies are about the size of the palm of your hand, and some cookie flavors are thicker than others (like the passion guava cookie). Also, be on the look out for 20% discount offers around the holidays for an even better savings. I'm looking so forward to getting more shipments in the future. I love that they have such unique flavors such as rosemary thyme, taro, lemon bar, pancakes and bacon, and more. They add limited cookie flavors each month so there is always something new. But, the ube cookie is their most popular flavor and I can totally see why.

Wide variety of well made Cookies. They were shipped to me from CA to Midwest. Arrived in perfect condition, packaged in a sturdy well designed gift box, and each cookie individually sealed. Fresh, tasty and also excellent customer service. They helped me design a customized sticker for my work company, and offered to add the sticker for free as I had over 150 cookie in my order. Highly recommend

Came in to get a dozen cookies and again was not disappointed. I have been here a few times and everyone that has helped me has been great. Every cookie I have tried is so good. When I stopped by one time the person behind the counter was on the phone so I had to wait, but they were very professional on the phone and apologized for me having to wait.

So good - hidden away in a random strip mall (so socal), but easy to park and find. Spacious but not for sitting. Tons of options with seasonal treats. The ube was delightful, Christmas tree - SO good, rosemary balsamic - amazing, well balanced. Affordable, great service. Highly recommend.

Good cookies and great service! I love all the different fun flavors they have in rotation. They currently have holiday inspired flavors and my favorite of the bunch is the Christmas Tree cookie (contains fruity pebbles). I've previously ordered these cookies online to be delivered to my home, but since I was in the area and close to their store front, I decided to make a stop in. If I remember the sizes of the cookies I got delivered, the ones in the store seem a bit larger than the individually wrapped ones you get mailed to you. They offer a free cookie with Yelp check-in!

One of my life-long best friends and her husband have birthdays right next to each other with a wedding anniversary too, so I try to send them something fun and interesting every year.... this year I chose cookies! I wanted to go with a local place since they are in the San Diego area. The cookies online looked so delicious! And so many original and sweet flavors! So, I ordered them a dozen cookies and added on the Autumn special. They got quite a box of cookies. I entered in all the details online and then used PayPal to pay, after using that and getting my "thank you for your order" screen on the computer, I saw that the delivery address had changed to MY address... ugh. So I sent a message via their website and was told that they would be delivered to the correct address. But when I got a "your item has shipped" notice it still read my address. So I sent another message, no response, sent another, no response. Called the physical store and they couldn't help me. It was very frustrating, but a couple days later, I did finally get a response through the website that said they were delivering to the correct address and also apologized for not being able to contact them. It all turned out great, but mainly the reason for the explanation is that if you use PayPal to order, make sure you go back and change the deliver address (if you can). The company was terrific at doing what they said they would, it was just me that needed a bit of confirmation to ease my mind. My friend said they loved the cookies and were already trying to figure out who they could place an order for. The delivery time was almost a week from the time I placed the order. But they were fresh and were delivered the next day after shipping. The cookies are also a bit pricey, but I spent about what I would for flowers that are nowhere near as exciting to get as fresh, interesting, and delicious cookies! Now I need someone to surprise ME with a delivery!!! Thank you The Cravory!!

Ordered delivery through Gold Belly because of a gift card we received. Wanted to buy something local. The ube cookies were good except for the amount of powdered sugar they put on there. It looks so unappetizing.

I am thrilled to see they're still up & running having lost track after the Bressi Ranch location closed/moved (?). Service is always above & beyond & the cookies are addictive (if you prefer them not slightly underdone, you may not love every flavor, but still, give them a try). Love that they also have espresso, wish they'd had more seating but again that was Bressi Ranch so other locations could be larger. Cute bathroom design too LOL

If you like The Cravory cookies like I do, go today they sell the cookies for $1 each. I always go in person when I am visiting San Diego, otherwise they have the fastest shipping which is very convenient. They have their unique monthly flavors. I like all the flavors they have throughout the year. The place is always very clean. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The service is excellent whenever you go.

Cookies? Yes, please!! The Cravory has such a unique twist on cookie flavors! The Cravory is located in La Jolla. It's a must visit destination if you're in the area! All of their cookies are homemade. The Cravory comes out with 6 new unique flavors each month! If you place an order online, cookies are made to order and are shipped within 24 hours of baking! My husband and I stopped by the Cravory on a Thursday afternoon. It was hard to choose which cookies to get because there were so many uniquely flavored cookies that we wanted to try! Some of their cookies include the following Ube Lemon Bar Birthday Cake Cookie Monster Red Velvet Salted Caramel Cream Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie We ended up purchasing 4 cookies. -Rosemary Balsamic -Ube -Salted Caramel Cream -Taro We're from Vegas, and we haven't located a cookie dessert shop that specializes in the type of flavors the Cravory has! All 4 of the cookies were amazing! All of them were soft! You could easily pull it apart without any crumbles! My favorite was the Salted Caramel Cream! The Rosemary Balsamic cookie tasted savory and had some herbal flavor profiles. It was surprisingly delicious! The Ube and Taro were scrumptious! The team members were helpful and friendly! When we told them that we were out of state, they immediately let us know which were their most popular cookies! When I visit La Jolla again, I'll make sure to stop by The Cravory again!

This is my second time here and i love their ice cream and cookies! It's not too sweet and it's super airy! The service is quick and friendly while the inside is welcoming and well lit.

I went after dinner for a dessert around 6pm, the place wasn't busy at all and we were helped immediately. The place was decorated very nicely and cute. If you check in on Yelp you get a free cookie with one purchase which was cool! The cookie tasted so yummy, it was very soft and the chocolate melted fast with the warmth of our hands, so it was very gushy just how I like it! The size is a bit small but I think it's reasonable for the price!

The best cookies in SD hands down. Every time we're in the area, we pick up a box of cookies to take home! The cookie monster, cookies and cream milkshake, and rosemary balsamic are my favorites! Prices are reasonable.

When entering the shop I was greeted with the most amazing scent of cookies. There were many flavors to choose from and I came home with 8 cookies for my family. The young man at the counter was very nice and helped explain the flavors. My girls loved all the cookies and begged to come with me next time and try new flavors!

After posting my review, the owner followed up with me stating that they closed earlier due to not having any cookies left for the day. She was so gracious and kind. I would love to try this place if I am in San Diego again.

Love Cravory cookies! It's the perfect thing to bring to someone's place if they don't drink :) I always try and grab a dozen for special occasions. Highly recommend signing up for their five-star/email list, they do $1 cookie days and other specials all the time! The staff are always super nice and helpful, and will explain any pricing or flavor questions you might have.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Most Popular gift box for a dear friend and I bought the sampler box for myself and husband. These cookies were so incredibly awful that I called my friend to apologize for the gift. She tried a cookie and thought it was made with freezer burned dough. I thought that the bakery forgot to put the sugar in the batter because all I could taste was flour. Not sure how a chocolate chip cookie could be so terrible but these were. I waited until my credit card was refunded before I wrote this review.

Yum yum yum. Great selection of cookie flavors. I wish the cookies were a bit larger for the price, but they do have a number of deals and discounts - including a Tuesday special. There is also ice cream served in this shop, which I didn't try but maybe next time! The boy working was energetic and helpful, chose my cookie flavor for me when I was debating between a few. Clean and plenty of parking, a nice treat to get yourself!

You can never go wrong with a Cravory cookie! The quality is superb and the prices most reasonable. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The rotating cookie flavors are always interesting and tasty (especially love the almond joyous), but you can never go wrong with the red velvet or taro flavors.

The Cravory is still by far the best cookie chain out there. I miss the Carlsbad location, so when I'm in the area I will stop at this location. The Cravory offers some of the freshest and most unique cookies. These are the best. They have their staples and unique monthly flavors. They sell ice cream too, you can choose two delicious cookies and order an ice cream sandwich. They also sell edible cookie dough as well, looking forward to trying that next visit. For example, September cookies include: Oatmeal M&M's, White Chocolate Macadamia, Pecan Cinnamon Roll, Pumpkin Custard, Coffee Milkshake, and Blueberry Pancake Cookies. Some of my absolute favorite cookies include: Ube, Lemon Bar, Cookie Monster, Taro, Chocolate Truffle, and Ultimate Chocolate Chip. This location has some seating, if you choose to enjoy your cookies, drinks, and ice cream. If you are too far, their website offers shipping nationwide (and even internationally). I received a delicious box of cookies from The Cravory and had the ultimate cookie experience. I received the July flavors, which was definitely giving summer vibes. The flavor profiles are unique and different than any other cookie flavors I've ever tasted, such as watermelon tajin, Pina colada & and strawberry sundae, just to name a few. I'm a fan of all things lemon, and the lemon bar and blueberry lemon poppy seed cookies were phenomenal. They weren't overly sweet yet bursting with lemon flavor. I was gifted a shipped package of this cookie brand and it included a bundle of the fan favorites. I liked the packaging and the top paper showed pictures and description of all of the flavors. As far as the cookie quality: as for packaged cookies it's hard to expect much. They are never as fresh as a cookie shop that's made on the spot for you that you can eat on the same day. Right off the bat, I noticed they are more crumbly and on the harder side. I needed to toast them up for a couple of minutes to recharge them. One thing I didn't particularly enjoy is the sweetness level in the cookies. They are on the sweeter side (I think because of the milk/white chocolate chips included). Decent gift idea for a friend, but I think this is if you're looking for less on the quality and more on quantity.

:( I love cookies. i love cookies so much it's ridiculous. When I found out I was near The Cravory, I flipped and drove immediately over. Their store is super cute and very Brand-In-Face. I bought a Cookie Monster, Ultimate Chocolate Chip, and M&M Doodle. I was really looking forward to these cookies considering the price. They looked delicious! They grabbed the cookies out of a refrigerated case it looked like and packaged them up. Once I got to my car, I took a bite of the ultimate chocolate chip and felt so meh about it. The cookie tasted like it had spent a few days in the refrigerator, it was dry and crumbly... didn't really have any moisture to it.. and the chocolate tasted like a very cheap semi-sweet. I figured it was a fluke, so I tried the Cookie Monster and same meh feeling. However, this cookie tasted frozen? I'm not sure if that makes sense, but you know when you taste something that's got a freezer burn taste to it? That cookie was the epitome of freezer taste. I assumed that it was me and waited to get home to give my partner the M&M cookie. He wasn't a fan :( without even telling him my opinion, he immediately said "i hope you didn't spend actual money on this). I was so bummed. I had a little bite and could tell he experienced the same weird taste I did. Luckily there are a few other cookiers nearby so we weren't entirely let down on our cookie cravings.

Their cookies here are pretty good. Nice and soft like how I like my cookies. The dulce du leche had good flavor along with the salted caramel. It was towards the end of the day so their selection was limited but what they had left looked and smelled good. The service was also very fast and friendly. I like how the cookies weren't overly sugary sweet but had just the right amount of sweetness.

Best cookies ever! I am not really a cookies person but got a dozen of these ones as a birthday gift and then I found out they had a store in Point Loma and went to check it out and get more for others! Big and great!

Such a great cookie shop. Came here when they did a special and got a bakers dozen for a great price. Lots of unique flavors and a gluten free cookie (which was soft and chewy). Sooooo good. I ate 2 in the car and was raving about them even after I got home. Although, I do prefer a thicker cookie, these are pretty top notch for a normal sized cookie.

I love the cravory as it's my go to cookie spot. The workers are always friendly and I love their half dozen cookie box (get a free one). Their cookies are great (so many flavors to choose from) but I always go back to my one true love, taro. If they ever made it without the white chocolates I would be in heaven. My husband loves all the chocolate, s'mores, churro flavors and any seasonal one!

I have been coming to The Craver for the past few years, as it is fun to have a San Diego cookie company to go to when buying cookies for out-of -owners. They have a huge variety of original and fun flavors in various colors. Because they are so unusual, they are fun to bring to parties and gatherings. I like some better than others, and like the fact that the menu rotates seasonally. These cookies are more crispy, and not doughy which is what I prefer. Of course, I enjoy the fall flavors, especially the pumpkin flavors which change from year to year. They also do make some gluten free chocolate chip cookies, but I wish they would bake them more frequently in larger amounts, as I have several friends who cannot eat gluten. On certain days, they have a dollar cookie deal, but otherwise can be a bit pricey. Also, I don't like how they charge more to wrap them individually, as sometimes we don't always need a whole dozen. All in all, this is a convenient place to get some great cookies to share. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for a free cookie!

I get Cravory a lot as corporate gifts and while I'll always eat them, they're not good enough for me to seek out on my own or to use the company for return gifting. I think the main reason is they're just kind of bland as a cookie and lean heavily on the mix-ins to do the work, in my opinion. And they all really taste the same! If I was blind folded and given one of the cookies it'd be really hard to tell which one was which.

Goodbye, Crumbl cookies. Hello Cravory! These cookies are so delicious, and they have six new flavors each month, along with many other favorites that are there. The cookies are the perfect size and taste so fresh! The people at the Point Loma location are so kind. They have a wonderful selection. They even have to go boxes for almost every occasion. Which is a plu. The chocolate chip cookie is so yummy! I tried the Peachy Keen cookie, which was one of the flavors of the month, and it was scrumptious. Want some ice cream with your cookie? It's there too! Loved this place. I will be back! Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

They have a selection of specialty cookie flavors to try out. Tried a few and they're pretty good. Small but nice setup.

We had door dash delivery. Ssooo good. Taste homemade! Chewy! Soft! Lots of flavor. Salted caramel cream amazing.

These cookies are WAY TOO SWEET. So overload that sweet I couldn't eat them. They taste like regular cookies but with extra sugar. The only good cookie was the Chocolate Truffle out of the 12 flavors that I got. If you don't like super sweet desserts you won't like these cookies.

Pretty good cookies, but definitely not the best ones I've had. Maybe it was the day I went, but the cookies weren't as soft and chewy as I expected. The texture was more stale which was kinda disappointing. Other than that I'd say the cookies and flavors themselves were good. They had a wide array of flavors and were also unique. One was cookies n cream milkshake which was surprising and good! The cookies were on the less sweet side. Not a fan of it, but other people may like it that way.

In the spirit of 'trying new things' while in SD this vacation, we gave the Cravory a try; yum!! So glad we did! I'm not a normally a big sweets person, but my hubby is and he LOVED the flavors; cookie monster, Ube, salted caramel, red velvet, lemon bar (SO good), choc chip and my fave was the birthday cookie (sprinkes and all!) This dozen was supposed to be as an additional thank-you to our wonderful petsitters, but we couldn't resist eating 1/2 of them before we even made it home! So we'll order TWO dozen next time, I highly recommend this cookie gem. The man behind the counter was super friendly and helpful, too. Thanks!

Found this great cookie spot, a line started after I arrived!! The service and staff are great and the cookies are Yummy!!

I live in the Bay Area and I ordered a dozen cookies + milk for my friends birthday who lives in San Diego for delivery and it turned out better than I thought. I placed the order a few days in advance but I'm sure I could've ordered the same day without any issues (I just like to PLAN lol). They even offer to add a ribbon to the box for an added special touch which is perfect for deliveries. And being able to order milk along with your cookies is absolutely perfect! How depressing would it be to get a bunch of delicious cookies and not having any milk at home to help wash it down? I'm sure it would still be delicious, but having milk makes it 20x better lol. You also get to customize your box of 1/2 dozen or dozen, depending on which one you order. They were out of one of the flavors, and The Cravory called me to confirm the replacement cookie. Overall, I am really happy with them, even though I haven't personally tried their cookies...they all look amazing and my friend loved it, which is all that matters. Thank you Cravory for helping me be a good friend from afar!!
